I like white wines from Burgundy and I am looking for this signature in my Crozes-Hermitage whites. The duo Marsanne (70%) and Rousanne (30%) of the vines allows me to play, according to the balance of the vintage, around the complementarity of these two grape varieties to extract a wine that is structured between freshness and elegance of the fruit.
