Hermitage 2016

My Hermitage vines are over 40 years old and take root in loess soil guided by appropriate vineyard work. Exposed southwest, the plots benefit, throughout the vegetative cycle, from a long period of sunshine which gives the grapes all the raw material I am waiting for to bottle the much sought-after DNA of this mythical Hermitage hill.
